Is YouBoost Worth It? Why You Can’t Buy YouTube Views and Subscribers

Is YouBoost Worth It Review

If you’ve been anywhere on YouTube lately, you’ve probably seen those flashy ads for YouBoost LLC, the ones promising to explode your channel with “real views” and “instant growth.”

In my experience, you should 100% always be skeptical of these “growth services.” Why? Because no service can guarantee growth and when your account inevitably gets ghost subscribers, bot farms, and fake engagement it tanks your algorithm.

TL;DR Is YouBoost Legit or a Scam?

Any platform that guarantees subscribers raises serious red flags. You can’t promise real human subs unless you’re using bots or fake accounts. The complaints are in, and YouBoost does not appear to deliver organic growth that lasts.

  • Guaranteed subscribers are a red flag. Real people can’t be promised — unless bots or fake accounts are involved.
  • Engagement is weak at best. Even when views are delivered, there’s barely any likes, comments, or community-building.
  • Short-term spikes, not long-term growth. Most creators report a temporary boost that fades quickly.
  • YouTube policies still apply. YouBoost claims compliance, but services like this always risk triggering account flags.
  • Mixed user reviews. Some love the customer service — others call it a scam outright.
  • Better uses for your budget exist. Targeted ads, content upgrades, or SEO will likely get you further.

What Is YouBoost LLC and What Do They Claim to Do?

Website: youboost-promotion.com

YouBoost review services

YouBoost LLC markets itself as a premium YouTube growth service, not bots, not fake views, but “real human engagement” that gives your content a leg up in the algorithm. But is any of this actually true?

They offer packages for:

  • YouTube Monthly Subscriber Boost
  • Viral Bundle: Views, Subs, and Likes
  • YouTube Views
  • YouTube LIkes
  • YouTube Subscribers
  • YouTube Shorts Views
  • Bundle: YouTube Views + Likes

They claim to be 100% compliant with YouTube’s terms (which many of us side-eye), and they promise no bots, no drops, and no funny business. Is this the new way to grow your YouTube channel?

YouBoost Pricing – From Affordable to Outrageous

This is the part that raises MASSIVE red flags: How can you possibly guarantee 1,000,000 views, 7000 subs, and 9,000 likes unless you’re using BOTS?

… and the price for that, you ask? Only $18,499.99!

youboost review viral bundle

Now, there are some more affordable tiers, (and many equally outrageous tiers) for several services offered. This is the outrageousness of what you’re dealing with.

Some of the pricing for their other services are:

  • 200 YouTube Views – $19.99
  • 1000 YouTube Views – $49.99
  • 1,000,000 YouTube Views – $17,999.99
  • 50 YouTube Likes – $14.99
  • 1000 YouTube Likes – $99.99
  • 5000 YouTube Likes – $299.99
  • 25 YouTube Subscribers – $19.99
  • 1000 YouTube Subscribers – $119.99
  • 10,000 YouTube Subscribers – $699.99
  • 200 YouTube Shorts Views – $19.99
  • 5000 YouTube Shorts Views – $139.99
  • 1,000,000 YouTube Shorts Views – $17,999.99
  • 1000 Views + 100 Likes – $59.99
  • 1,000,000 Views + 10,000 Likes – $17,999.00

Some people mentioned you get more than you pay for, like receiving 5k views when they only paid for 3k, while others felt like they didn’t get the quality they expected.

In my mind, just looking at those services offered, your spider-sense has got to be tingling of scam.

What People Love About YouBoost

Let’s start with the positive.

“Absolutely reliable, with excellent consultation. Feels like they’re available 24/7 — this is where you feel comfortable promoting your own channel!” – Marcel M. (not surprisingly taken directly off the YouBoost website)

That’s a quote from one of their public testimonials. While I’m not here to say positive reviews are lies, the testimonials on their site are a bit over the top considering what they’re offering. Take them with a grain of salt.

Here’s what the positive testimonials had to say about YouBoost:

  • Customer service actually answers. Real people, not copy-paste replies.
  • Views tend to over-deliver. Many said they received more views than promised.
  • No bot detection from YouTube. Several users confirmed their channel wasn’t flagged.
  • Steady watch-time growth. One creator said it helped them cross the 4,000-hour threshold “without feeling sketchy.”

The Dark Side: Negative Reviews and Red Flags You Can’t Ignore

Okay. Now let’s get to the reviews that sound much more realistic.

Because while the top of their homepage reads like a dream come true, the Reddit threads tell a very different story.

One user wrote:

“It’s a partial scam. Partial because you got what they promised: 1k subscribers. Scam because you didn’t get the organic growth.”

Reddit User: “Definitely would avoid these things, just grind it out eventually you’ll build up a community. That’s when you’ll actually have good growth IMO.”

Reddit User: “I can’t believe people still fall for this in 2023.”

Askmeoffers Pie-Chart Analysis: “21% users rated Terrible, 27% users rated Poor, 30% users rated Average.”

Askmeoffers Editorial: “Some users may have privacy concerns when providing their social media account information to you-boost.com.”

Askmeoffers Editorial: “There is a possibility of temporary fluctuations in engagement metrics after using their services, as these engagements are not organic.”

Here’s what the negatives boil down to:

  • Low-quality engagement. You get views — but barely any likes, comments, or real interaction.
  • No long-term growth. Several users said the bump was temporary and didn’t lead to actual audience building.
  • Risk of violating YouTube’s policy. Even if YouBoost says it’s legit, YouTube could still flag your account.
  • It feels fake. One creator said it best: “Buying followers doesn’t bring real followers in 90% of cases.”

In my experience never take shortcuts to building your YouTube empire. Even small YouTubers can start making good money quickly when you build it right.

Final Thoughts

YouBoost might check a few boxes on the surface, but it’s not a path to real, lasting YouTube success. If you’re expecting loyal fans, steady engagement, or algorithm-fueled growth — this probably isn’t it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to buy YouTube subscribers from services like YouBoost?
Buying YouTube subscribers — even from services claiming to be legit — carries risks. YouTube’s algorithm detects inauthentic activity, and accounts may be flagged, shadowbanned, or demonetized.

Do YouBoost subscribers and views help with monetization?
In some cases, yes. They can help creators reach thresholds like 1,000 subs or 4,000 watch hours. But this growth is often hollow — lacking engagement and long-term value.

What are better alternatives to YouBoost for real YouTube growth?
Focusing on YouTube SEO, improving thumbnails and titles, and running targeted Google Ads campaigns are safer, more sustainable ways to grow your channel organically.

Social Growth Engine Review (2025): Why This “Growth Service” Isn’t Worth the Risk

social growth engine review

If you’ve ever considered using a growth service to boost your YouTube channel, Instagram account, or even Spotify streams, there’s a good chance you’ve stumbled across Social Growth Engine.

They promise everything a frustrated creator wants to hear:

“Manual growth. No bots. Real followers. Monetization support.”

But after digging deep into this platform, reading through Reddit threads, YouTube comment sections, actual buyer reviews, and testing it personally, I can confidently say: Social Growth Engine is not the reliable growth solution it claims to be.

Is Social Growth Engine a legit way to grow your YouTube or Instagram account?

Social Growth Engine may deliver numbers, but they come at the cost of poor engagement, platform warnings, and fake-looking traffic that risks your account’s credibility more than it helps.

TL;DR Before You Buy – What You Really Need to Know About Social Growth Engine

  • It delivers numbers, not results. While you may see an increase in views or followers, engagement and retention are often nonexistent.
  • High risk of account issues. Multiple users report restrictions, warnings, and flagging from Instagram and YouTube after using the service.
  • Pricing doesn’t match performance. At $99–$349+, the services are overpriced given the quality of traffic and lack of lasting value.
  • Engagement tanks post-service. Once you stop paying, growth stops — and engagement rates often plummet due to ghost followers.
  • There are better alternatives. Organic strategies, collaborations, and targeted ads offer safer, more sustainable growth without risking your account’s integrity.

What is Social Growth Engine?

Website: socialgrowthengine.com

Social Growth Engine (SGE) is a platform that offers done-for-you growth packages across multiple channels, including:

  • YouTube (Watch Time + Subscribers)
  • Instagram (Manual Engagement & Like Exchange)
  • TikTok Growth
  • Twitter/X Growth
  • Spotify Play Boosts
social growth engine review screenshot

Their selling point is that they use “real humans” instead of bots, targeting your ideal audience through manual outreach and engagement.

At first glance, it could sound legit. But we live in reality right? Pretty much NONE of these “guaranteed growth” platforms are legit. There is simply no way to guarantee this. Immediate RED FLAG!

Don’t Fall for the Social Media Growth Services!

Check out another growth service filled with red flags in my UpGrow App review. And if you’re thinking about YouTube growth services, they’re no different! Check out my YouBoost review!

Does Social Growth Engine Work?

That depends on what you mean by “work.”

If you’re asking:
Will I get views, followers, or streams?
Yes, probably.

But if you’re asking:
Will those views and followers be real, engaged, long-term fans who grow your brand?
That’s where the problems start.

The Experience Many Creators Are Having

Here’s what users are reporting across forums like Reddit, review sites, and my own experience:

❌ Instagram Account Restrictions

Multiple users shared that their accounts were flagged or restricted within days of using Social Growth Engine’s Instagram growth service.

“They destroyed my account within 24 hours. Now it’s under restriction and my engagement is dead. I asked for a refund — they said no.”
— Verified review on Reviews.io

Even though SGE claims everything is done manually, Instagram’s algorithm still picked up on unusual activity — and flagged it accordingly.

❌ YouTube Growth that Looks… Artificial

Some users did hit monetization milestones using the YouTube Watch Time & Subscribers package ($349), but a closer look reveals a major issue: very little engagement.

You’ll get subscribers. You’ll get watch time. But the views often come in bulk waves, retention rates are low, and those subscribers don’t comment, like, or come back.

It might get you past YouTube’s 4,000-hour/1,000-sub threshold — but after that, you’re on your own. And worse, YouTube might review your monetization eligibility manually and reject you if they sense something’s off.

“They got me close to monetization, but YouTube flagged the traffic as suspicious. Total waste of money.”
— Reddit thread from r/NewTubers

❌ Ghost Followers and Fake Engagement

Whether it’s Instagram or Twitter, the number one complaint is that the followers aren’t real — not in a meaningful sense. Fake followers can permanently damage your social media.

They might look like real accounts. But they don’t engage. They don’t care. And that kills your engagement rate, which platforms like Instagram heavily prioritize.

“My following grew, but my reach dropped. What’s the point of having followers that never interact with your posts?”
— Reddit user on r/InstagramMarketing

Always be wary of hype machines that guarantee followers or subs. I just wrote a very similar review for Taylan Michael’s Viral Video Framework promising the same kind of fake growth on YouTube.

Pricing Breakdown (and Why It Can Be VERY Overpriced)

PackagePrice
YouTube Growth Campaignsup to $4800
Instagram Growth$99–$1,499/month
Spotify Surge Stream Service$99–$1,999/month
TikTok Campaigns$49–$139/month
Twitter/X Growth$35-$149/month

Let’s be honest — this can get expensive quick.

Social Growth Engine Review YouTube

And for what you’re getting — short-term growth with long-term risks — it’s hard to justify. Most users would be better off reinvesting this budget into ads, creator tools, or outreach that builds real, loyal audiences.

Is Social Growth Engine Safe?

That’s a key concern. Even though they promise “manual growth,” several users have reported:

  • Needing to change their passwords after suspected automation
  • Receiving TOS warnings from Instagram
  • Losing access to features like posting, following, or DMs
  • Watching engagement tank across the board

Instagram and YouTube don’t just care about whether you paid for growth — they care about how it was done. If the algorithm senses shady activity, your reach will drop and your account could be penalized. Don’t do your YouTube channel like that!

What Others Are Saying About Social Growth Engine

Don’t just take my word for it. Here are some of the reviews I compiled while doing my research, both positive and negative.

I’m not gonna lie; the positive reviews (at least to me) sound like they were put together by bots. I’m not saying all the positives reviews are fake, but at least the negative ones sound real, right? All the positives except the last one came from Social Growth Engine’s website. The rest came from online forums like Reddit, etc.

I’ll leave these here for you to take from them what you will.

Social Growth Engine Positive Reviews

  • YouTube Monetization Milestone
“My rap videos finally make money!! Social Growth Engine got me to the monetization milestone fast, and now every view adds to my income. If you’re serious about your YouTube career, this is the way to go for sure.”— Jay L. (New York, NY)
  • Fitness Brand Growth
“I was creating workout videos for free, but this service helped me reach YouTube’s monetization requirements. Now, I get paid! Woo!! AND it’s helping me build a sustainable fitness brand. I couldn’t be happier!”— Tom J. (Dallas, TX)
  • Rapid YouTube Growth
“Reaching 4000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers seemed impossible until I found this service. They delivered everything they promised, and now I’m earning from every view. GAME-changer for me.”— Sarah F. (Dallas, TX)
  • Twitter Growth Success
“I’ve tried other Twitter growth services, but this company’s manual approach stands out. Their team’s personal touch and attention to detail make all the difference. Unlike automated competitors, they truly understand my needs and target audience. My Twitter engagement and follower count have grown steadily since using their service.”— Anonymous Reviewer
  • Instagram Engagement Boost
“The Like Exchange tool is a total game-changer for increasing post engagement. The best is that you don’t have to do anything but sign up. I have probably saved 5 hours of work this month (and 20 more days are coming).”— Eric L.

Social Growth Engine Complaints

  • Instagram Account Restriction
“I paid for this service and they destroyed my Instagram account within 24 hours. Instagram restricted my account saying by having this service it violated their terms. Now my account is on restriction. I asked for a refund and had to change my passwords, etc… Huge headache. They said no. Don’t work with this company!!!” — Anonymous Reviewer
  • Concerns About Automation
“Not sure about them. But if you were to have someone grow your account, you should find someone on Upwork so you know all actions on your account are human. Any sign of non-human action on your account could lead to raising Instagram’s security flags.” — wilsonballlll
  • General Skepticism
“There is a lot of account hacking going on with Instagram. People who are desperate for growth and followers usually fall into the trap.” — Reddit User
  • Lack of Transparency
“Any growth service promising thousands of followers without logging into your account regardless of your content quality is selling you fake followers.” — lolster11
  • Potential for Fake Engagement
“Depends on what you would categorize as real or fake growth. Obviously, botted growth would be fake but I’d say anything involving giveaways/loops is just as destructive when it comes to engagement.” — greyhatnick
  • Service Not as Expected
“I tried both, went the Upwork route and never had any problems.” — wilsonballlll
  • Concerns About Bots
“You should avoid any followers buying companies – it will hurt your engagement and exposure.” — WalrusRid3r
  • Questionable Practices
“They even sent me an updated message. Thing is, the account they’re asking to promote has almost nothing on it and states that I shifted to a new account in the bio. Lol.” — Reddit User
  • Negative Experience
“I just tried using that service and they are asking for my IG password… nope!” — HeDuMSD
  • Service Ineffectiveness
“I am using Ascend Viral right now, and I’ve had great results with them. I wouldn’t trust most other growth services due to how common it is for these other companies to use automation.” — Dry_Frosting8154

Alternatives That Are Actually Worth Your Time

If you’re serious about growing your audience the right way, skip SGE and try this instead:

  • Use YouTube Shorts + consistency to trigger the algorithm — free, and it works.
  • Collaborate with niche creators in your space — real growth through exposure. Finding the right fit may take some work, but YouTube collaborations can explode your subs.
  • Run small ad campaigns for visibility — at least you control the targeting.
  • Invest in tools like TubeBuddy, Flick, or Metricool to guide real organic growth.
  • Join affiliate marketing communities where real support and strategies are shared (Wealthy Affiliate is what I use).

Final Thoughts

Despite its promises, Social Growth Engine fails to deliver real, lasting growth. You’re paying for surface-level metrics that come with serious risks to your reputation and reach.

What do you think? Have you used this service? What was your experience? Did it work out great for you? Or did you find obvious bot usage that turned you off? Let me know in the comments below! I love hearing your perspective and I always respond!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Social Growth Engine legit for YouTube monetization?
While Social Growth Engine can help you reach 4,000 watch hours and 1,000 subscribers, the traffic quality is questionable, often flagged by YouTube’s algorithm, putting monetization eligibility at risk.

Will Social Growth Engine get me real Instagram followers?
Most users report gaining ghost followers — accounts that don’t engage. This tanks your engagement rate and can trigger Instagram’s algorithm to reduce your reach.

Is using a growth service like Social Growth Engine safe for my account?
There’s a significant risk. Creators have reported TOS warnings, reduced functionality, and even temporary restrictions after using these services, particularly on Instagram and YouTube.

Savage Affiliates Review: Is Franklin Hatchett’s Course Worth It?

savage affiliates review

I try just about everything to see if it’s legit. And if you’ve been even remotely curious about affiliate marketing, chances are you’ve seen Franklin Hatchett’s Savage Affiliates floating around. It’s pitched as the “ultimate blueprint” for launching your affiliate biz, but does it actually work, or is it yet another high priced, recycled course stuffed with upsells and vague advice?

I bought it. I went through it. And in this post, I’ll break down what I loved, what fell flat, and whether or not it’s actually worth your money—especially in 2025 when affiliate marketing feels more saturated than ever.

Is Savage Affiliates Still Worth It in 2025?

Savage Affiliates offers solid value for beginners in 2025, with practical training on SEO, funnels, and traffic—but some modules are dated, and the lack of community support might be a drawback for some.

TL;DR Bottom Line – Is Savage Affiliates a Smart Investment or Dated Strategy?

  • One-time payment, lifetime access. You won’t get hit with monthly fees—$197 or $297 unlocks the full course for life, including updates.
  • Beginner-focused, step-by-step training. Covers niche selection, SEO, funnels, email marketing, and traffic generation in an approachable way.
  • Multiple traffic strategies included. You’ll learn organic and paid methods—YouTube, Facebook Ads, SEO, launch jacking, and more.
  • Some outdated modules. A few strategies (like Web 2.0 link building) feel behind the curve in 2025 and need a refresh.
  • No active community support. The Facebook group is no longer running, which can leave beginners without peer feedback.
  • Great foundation but not all-in-one. Solid for starting affiliate marketing—but you may need to supplement with more advanced or up-to-date tactics later.

What Even Is Savage Affiliates?

Website: savageaffiliates.com

Savage Affiliates is a digital course created by Franklin Hatchett, a marketer best known for his YouTube content and no-BS style of teaching. It promises to teach you how to:

  • Choose profitable niches
  • Build affiliate websites (primarily on WordPress)
  • Generate free and paid traffic (SEO, YouTube, Facebook ads, etc.)
  • Monetize through programs like ClickBank, Amazon Associates, and more
savage affiliates review screenshot

There are two pricing tiers:

  • Standard Plan – $197
  • Super Plan – $297 (includes additional modules on funnels and email marketing)

Both tiers are one-time payments, which honestly feels rare these days when everything’s turning into a subscription model.

Why I Bought Savage Affiliates (And What I Was Hoping For)

I’ll be straight with you—I bought Savage Affiliates because I review everything I can get my hands on, but Franklin’s videos felt different, no cliche gurus with lambos, no “make $10K this week” vibes. Just straight talk, which I’m a fan of.

I know people are sick of hopping between free YouTube tutorials, trying to duct-tape a strategy together. What people are looking for is structure and a real roadmap from someone who’s done it.

What Savage Affiliates Gets Right

✅ It’s Beginner-Friendly

You know those courses that claim they’re “for beginners” and then spend five hours defining what an affiliate link is? Yeah, not this one.

Franklin gets to the point. He explains things like:

  • How to pick evergreen niches (with actual examples)
  • How to set up a WordPress site the right way
  • What to avoid when choosing affiliate programs

Even the SEO training—while not groundbreaking—is actionable. Like, “go do this today” kind of stuff.

✅ Tons of Traffic Methods (Not Just SEO)

This was a nice surprise. Most affiliate courses lean hard into blogging and SEO, but Savage Affiliates gives you a buffet of traffic options:

  • Organic YouTube marketing
  • Facebook and Google Ads
  • Launch jacking
  • Email marketing sequences

It doesn’t feel like Franklin’s pushing one way to win, which I appreciated. The Youtube reviews model has good stuff in it. I’m a huge proponent of YouTube and he’s obviously found his audience in the same way.

✅ One-Time Cost, Lifetime Updates

This might be my favorite part. Once you’re in, you’re in. No $997 upsell for the “real secrets.” And yes, the course has been updated to Savage Affiliates 2.0 (though more on that in a minute).

What Misses the Mark

❌ Some Content Feels Outdated

Not gonna lie—certain modules haven’t aged well. The Web 2.0 backlinking tactics? Pass. The paid ad strategies could definitely use a refresh to match today’s algorithm changes.

If you’re looking for bleeding-edge info on TikTok ads or influencer collabs, this isn’t it. The course feels rooted in what worked from 2017–2022. Still works—but maybe not the full toolkit for 2025.

❌ The Facebook Group Is Gone

There used to be a private Savage Affiliates community on Facebook, but it’s no longer active. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people mention this in reviews, like:

“I wanted to bounce ideas off others in the same boat—but there’s no real place to do that anymore.”

Community support goes a long way, especially when you’re starting from scratch. I think that’s a missed opportunity.

❌ It’s Not for Shiny Object Seekers

This course is meaty. Like, really meaty. If you’re expecting instant wins or some AI tool that generates passive income overnight, you’re going to be disappointed. Savage Affiliates teaches real skills, which means you’ll have to do real work.

What Other Users Are Saying About Savage Affiliates

Don’t just take my word for it. Here are some of the reviews I compiled while doing my research. Take every one with a grain of salt, of course, because we never know the full story in these. But I’d say it’s a pretty balanced collection for both sides.

Savage Affiliate Positive Reviews

  • Reddit – r/productidigi
“Franklin Hatchett is one of the most effective coaches for teaching how to create marketing funnels. It is one of the most affordable affiliate marketing courses, making it ideal for beginners.”
  • Leon Angus Blog
“It’s one of the first programs I’ve been through that has all of this in one. You’ll usually find that most programs either have one or the other… Franklin makes that clear in the program.”
  • YouTube Comment on Review Video
“This course changed the way I approach affiliate marketing. Franklin’s teaching style is straightforward and actionable.”
  • BloggersIdeas Review
“The ONLY BLUEPRINT You’ll Ever Need To Start And Build A Profitable Affiliate Marketing Business!”
  • Reddit – r/setaffiliatebusiness
“Savage Affiliates… Notable Content: Niche selection, website creation, affiliate program selection, practical approaches.”

Savage Affiliate Complaints

  • Reddit – r/DigitalMarketing
“As a blanket statement – All courses in digital marketing and ecommerce are overpriced… Paying $297 (jesus) WILL NOT give you a magic wand that will do any work for you or make any ‘sales’ for you.”
  • Ippei.com Review
“Savage Affiliates has a lot of information and can be overwhelming for beginners… The course’s section on paid traffic strategies requires an update.”
  • Side Hustles Database
“As of 2025, I couldn’t find any convincing, up-to-date student success stories directly tied to Savage Affiliates… The private Facebook group and community support that once existed have also been shut down.”
  • Drew’s Review
“Franklin has been ‘called out’ for using affiliate links in his courses… There are some strategies that I would not recommend anymore like blog comments or backlinking from web 2.0s.”
  • Reddit – r/AffiliateMarketing
“Yes they get commissions when you buy the course or blueprints… If you say anything challenging their claims that their course helps make money other than reselling the same course, they will block you or deflect questions.”
  • Digital Triggers Review
“Experienced affiliate marketers can still get some value from this course as a refresher, but at the end of the day, it’s a course for beginners. And also, the course needs some updates.”
  • Reddit – r/Forex
“He’s a gambler and sometimes lets his emotions get the best of him… He just doesn’t have the professional approach, good trader but horrible teacher.”

Should You Buy Savage Affiliates?

Let me break it down:

👉 Buy it if you:

  • Want a no-nonsense, beginner-to-intermediate course
  • Learn well from video walkthroughs and screen shares
  • Are willing to put in work over 3–6 months
  • Prefer a one-time fee over monthly charges

🚫 Skip it if you:

  • Already know how to build affiliate sites and run ad campaigns
  • Want cutting-edge TikTok, Pinterest, or AI-based training
  • Need active community coaching and feedback

Final Thoughts: It’s Not Magic—But It’s Solid as Hell

Savage Affiliates isn’t the most advanced or up-to-date course in 2025, but it’s a solid entry point if you’re just getting started. It gives you practical steps, a decent foundation, and enough direction to build real momentum—so long as you stay consistent.

Yes, Savage Affiliates is well-suited for beginners. It breaks down niche selection, website setup, and multiple traffic strategies in a step-by-step way that’s easy to follow, especially for those new to affiliate marketing.

How does Savage Affiliates compare to other affiliate programs like Authority Hacker or Project 24?
While Savage Affiliates is more affordable and beginner-friendly, it lacks the community support and advanced strategies found in programs like Authority Hacker. It’s a solid foundation, but not as comprehensive long-term as Project 24 or other premium options.

The Affiliate Lab Review (2025): Why It’s Closed and What To Do Now

Affiliate Lab is Closed Review

If you’ve been deep in the trenches of affiliate marketing research, you’ve probably heard about The Affiliate Lab by Matt Diggity. For years, it was one of the most talked-about SEO courses on the internet—recommended on Reddit, YouTube, Quora, and countless blogs.

But here’s the twist: as of early 2025, The Affiliate Lab is officially closed to new students.

So what happened? Was it outdated? Did Matt Diggity move on to bigger things? And if you never joined—did you actually miss out?

In this post, I’ll walk you through everything you need to know about The Affiliate Lab: what it was, why it stood out, its pros and cons, and most importantly—what to do now that it’s no longer available.

Why Did The Affiliate Lab Close?

The Affiliate Lab closed in early 2025 likely due to market saturation, Matt Diggity’s shift in focus to other ventures, and the evolving SEO landscape requiring a fresh approach.

TL;DR Key Takeaways from My Affiliate Lab Experience

  • Built for serious SEO practitioners. This course went far beyond beginner tips and delivered advanced strategies.
  • Step-by-step, actionable content. From niche selection to link-building templates, it covered every phase.
  • No fluff, just tested strategies. Everything was rooted in case studies and test data.
  • Time and effort were required. Months of application, not days.
  • No refunds, so it was a commitment. Buyers had to be confident.
  • Big site flipping potential. Six-figure exits felt legitimately achievable.

What Was The Affiliate Lab?

Price: $997 one-time (no longer available)
Status: Closed to new students as of 2025
Website: theaffiliatelab.im

Affiliate Lab is Closed Review Screenshot

At its core, The Affiliate Lab was an SEO-focused affiliate marketing course designed to help you build, rank, and eventually flip niche websites. It was taught by Matt Diggity, a well-known name in the SEO world known for his data-driven, test-before-you-teach approach. This wasn’t a flashy “make money online” course. It was built for those ready to go deep.

The course sold for $997 as a one-time payment. No upsells. No hidden membership tiers. Once you were in, you had full access.

First Impressions: Overwhelming, But Legit

The moment you logged in, you were hit with a ton of content. We’re talking 100+ hours of videos, SOPs, templates, and case studies. It felt like walking into a university library—exciting, but also overwhelming.

The content was organized into clear phases:

  • Niche selection
  • On-page SEO
  • Off-page SEO
  • Link building
  • Conversion optimization
  • Website flipping

Plus, bonus modules like the Website Flipping Masterclass and AI content integration kept it fresh.

Check out my full review on Savage Affiliates for another platform that has some really good training on it (but also some stuff that’s not so good). Remember, not every affiliate marketing training platform is 100% good or 100% bad. Savage Affiliates leans more towards good thought, check it out!

What I’ll Miss

🔄 Actionable, All Substance

This wasn’t just theory. Matt provided templates, checklists, and SOPs that made it feel like you were getting agency-level processes in your pocket.

📈 Advanced SEO From a Real Pro

Every strategy was backed by testing and real-world examples. Things like anchor text ratios, power pages, and site architecture were broken down in a way that even seasoned marketers could level up with.

📉 The Flipping Strategy

Learning to build sites with the intent to sell was a mindset shift for me. There was real potential for $20K–$80K exits, and this course made that feel doable.

What Frustrated Me

❌ No Refund Policy

You paid $997—and that was that. No money-back guarantee. It made me hesitate before buying, and it’s a valid concern.

⚠️ Very SEO-Heavy (Not for Everyone)

If you didn’t already have some SEO knowledge, the course could feel like drinking from a firehose. Beginners often found it overwhelming.

⏱ Time Investment

This wasn’t something you completed in a weekend. It took me months to implement the strategies and see results.

What You Got Inside

  • Niche Research (profitable affiliate niches)
  • Content Optimization (topical authority, keyword clustering)
  • Link Building (white hat and grey hat)
  • AI SEO Tools (like ChatGPT and Surfer SEO)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (turning traffic into commissions)
  • Website Flipping (valuing and selling sites)

With access to:

  • A private Facebook group
  • All future updates
  • Bonus modules like The Kitchen Sink SEO Module and Authority Site Training

If you didn’t join before it closed, you didn’t miss a scam—you missed a genuinely valuable resource that helped a lot of people build real businesses.

Who Was It Best For?

The Affiliate Lab would have been for you if:

  • You had some SEO knowledge already
  • You were serious about long-term growth
  • You wanted to build and sell affiliate sites

It wasn’t for:

  • Total beginners needing hand-holding
  • People who hated SEO or technical work
  • Anyone expecting quick money or easy wins

Final Thoughts: What To Do Now?

The Affiliate Lab is closed, but that doesn’t mean your path to affiliate success has to end. There are still solid platforms out there that offer step-by-step training, built-in communities, personal mentorship, and tools to help you build and grow a profitable affiliate site without the steep price tag.

What do you think? What was your experience with Affiliate Lab? What other platforms have you tried? Want to know what SEO courses I recommend instead? Drop them in the comments or shoot me a DM.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did The Affiliate Lab close in 2025?
While there’s no official statement, it’s likely due to market saturation, Matt Diggity’s shifting focus, and the natural evolution of SEO training platforms.

Is The Affiliate Lab still accessible to previous students?
Yes. While new signups are closed, existing members retain full access to the course materials and community features they originally paid for.

What’s the best alternative now that The Affiliate Lab is closed?
Look for training platforms that offer step-by-step affiliate site building, built-in mentorship, active communities, and ongoing updates—without charging $1,000 upfront. Wealthy Affiliate is the most tenured platform with these features.

🔍 Have ChatGPT Summarize This Article

1. Product Reviews

In-depth reviews of products within your niche tend to be the moneymakers. Share what you liked, what didn’t impress you, and whether you think the product is worth it. You can also include comparisons with similar products or show how the item fits into your daily routine.

This kind of content is valuable because you’re catching your audience right at that point of the customer purchase life cycle where they’re ready to pull the trigger. People trust real opinions more than traditoinal ad copy.

If you build a reputation for being honest and thorough, your viewers will come back to hear your take before making their own purchases. You can even monetize these videos through affiliate links or brand deals as your channel grows.

While reviews are great for getting views, be very careful of “YouTube growth platforms” that guarantee subs. Platforms like Viral Video Framework never pan out.

2. Day in the Life

Take your audience behind the curtain with a “day in the life” vlog. Whether you’re a student, entrepreneur, traveler, or 9-to-5 grinder, people are curious about how others live. Show your morning routine, your work habits, and even your downtime — it’s all part of the package.

These types of videos help you connect with your audience on a personal level. They make your content feel more relatable and authentic, which builds trust. Plus, they’re super easy to film because you’re just documenting your real life.

3. Travel Vlogs

Travel Vlogs can be addictive to watch. Capture your journeys and bring your audience along for the ride. Highlight all your must-see spots, local eats, hidden gems, and the culture of the places you visit. Use cinematic shots, voiceover storytelling, and helpful tips to elevate your travel content.

I used to do these all the time for my instagram channel. Travel vlogs are naturally engaging and also informative. You can build a loyal community of travel lovers, and if you get enough traction, tourism boards and brands may want to work with you. Just make sure you focus on the experience, not just the scenery.

4. Q&A Session

Have your audience send in questions and answer them on camera. It’s a great way to connect, build trust, and give your followers the spotlight. You can collect questions through Instagram Stories, YouTube comments, or even live chats.

Feeling adventurous? Take your Q&As wide open with an AMA (Ask Me Anything) format where there’s no such thing as a bad question!

These videos feel like a direct conversation with your viewers. They show that you care about your community and value their input. It’s also a great opportunity to clear up misunderstandings, talk about your journey, or share advice based on personal experience.

5. Makeup Tutorials

Show your process for creating iconic looks, from everyday glam to bold and creative styles. Take time to explain each step clearly, and don’t forget to mention the tools and products you’re using.

Makeup content is a staple on YouTube because it combines transformation, education, and entertainment. You can also niche down into categories like skincare-focused routines, budget-friendly looks, or celebrity-inspired styles. If you’re passionate and consistent, your tutorials could gain traction fast.

6. DIY Projects

People love learning how to create things themselves — especially when you make it easy and fun. Share step-by-step tutorials on home decor, crafts, clothing hacks, or even budget-friendly gifts. Include a list of materials and demonstrate each part of the process clearly.

DIY videos not only appeal to creative audiences, but they’re also evergreen content — meaning they continue to get views long after publishing. If your project is clever or solves a common problem, it’s likely to be saved and shared, increasing your reach organically.

I’ve spent countless hours watching DIY videos for how to fix stuff around the house. They come in ultra handy and you’ll naturally get engagement through questions and thank yous!

7. Recipe Videos

Food content is always in demand! Walk your audience through how to make your favorite dishes, from prep to plate. Don’t just show the ingredients — explain your thought process, substitutions, and time-saving tips along the way.

You can focus on a niche like vegan meals, quick weeknight dinners, or comfort food classics. These videos are highly shareable and can lead to spin-off series or collaborations with food brands if your cooking style resonates with viewers.

8. Challenges

Challenges are pure entertainment, and people love watching others step out of their comfort zones. From eating something ridiculously spicy to completing tasks in record time, the possibilities are endless. Get creative and make it your own.

Even better — invite your audience to participate in the challenge themselves or tag friends. This boosts engagement and can start trends that drive new viewers to your content. The more outrageous or fun your take is, the more likely it is to go viral.

9. Educational Content

Teach something you’re good at. Whether it’s marketing, photography, investing, or even chess (I friggin LOVE chess), break it down in a way that’s simple and fun to follow. Use visuals and real-life examples to help explain concepts clearly.

Educational videos establish you as an authority in your niche. Don’t think that you have to be an “expert” to do educational content. If you know something that your audience doesn’t, you’re a worthy teacher.

These types of videos also have high SEO potential because people search for how-to videos all the time. As long as your tips are actionable and your delivery is engaging, these videos can build a loyal subscriber base over time.

10. Guest Interviews

Interviewing experts or creators in your niche introduces you to a new audience. Prepare interesting questions and let the conversation flow naturally.

These videos add variety and depth to your content lineup. Collaborations also open doors for future partnerships, and if your guest shares the video with their audience, that’s instant exposure. A good interview can be repurposed into clips, reels, and even blog posts for added value.

Have you read my Savage Affiliate’s review yet? I found it via YouTube and there’s definitely some good (and also some not so good), but his advice on YouTube reviews is solid. Check out whether it’s worth your time or not!

Never cheat when it comes to YouTube growth!

Check out my YouBoost review and see why you can’t buy YouTube likes, views, and subscribers! Don’t cut corners! It never works!

11. Reaction Videos

Reaction videos are a fun and easy way to engage with trending topics, viral videos, or cultural moments. The key is to be authentic and let your personality shine through. Whether you’re reacting to a music video, a movie trailer, or a hilarious TikTok compilation, people tune in to see your genuine thoughts, facial expressions, and commentary.

These videos also serve as great conversation starters. You can invite your audience to leave their own opinions in the comments, turning a simple video into a community discussion. Bonus: reaction videos tend to get picked up in searches if you time them around trending events or new releases.

I have spent HOURS watching reaction videos for both music videos and movies. When you get to watch someone experience their “first time viewing” something that you KNOW is iconic, you can’t beat it!

12. Fitness Workouts

Workout videos get tons of replay value. From quick 10-minute bodyweight sessions to full gym workouts your watch time metric is going to explode. Make sure to explain proper form, what muscle groups you’re targeting, and any modifications for beginners or advanced viewers.

Fitness content builds trust because viewers rely on you to help improve their health. Again, you don’t have to be an expert, just take your audience with you on your fitness journey! You can also mix it up with challenges like “30-day ab transformation” or “no-equipment workouts for small spaces.”

13. Comedy Sketches

Comedy is a universal language, and YouTube is a great place to let your sense of humor fly. Create original skits, character-driven sketches, or parody videos that poke fun at relatable situations. A strong punchline or twist at the end makes these even more memorable.

Not only are comedy sketches fun to create, but they’re also highly shareable. If your sketch goes viral, it could attract a flood of new subscribers. Try building recurring characters or themes your audience can look forward to — kind of like your own mini sitcom.

14. Unboxing Videos

Unboxing videos satisfy curiosity in the most satisfying way. People seriously eat these up! Open up new tech, gear, clothing hauls, or subscription boxes and share your first impressions. Focus on visuals, close-ups, and honest opinions.

They’re especially effective for building anticipation around popular releases. Viewers often search for these videos before deciding to buy, which makes them a great opportunity to drop affiliate links or build relationships with brands. Keep it fun and informative, and don’t forget to highlight the packaging and experience.

15. Gaming Content

Gaming has its own massive community on YouTube, and there’s a lane for everyone — casual players, competitive gamers, or storytellers. Playthroughs, walkthroughs, game reviews, or funny highlight compilations are just a few ways to bring value to your fellow gamers.

Make your content more engaging by adding commentary, humor, and reactions. You could also livestream to connect with your audience in real time. Niche down into a specific game or genre to build a stronger following, and always stay up to date with what’s trending in the gaming world.

Pro Tip: If you’re turning these video ideas into blog posts, make sure you’re optimizing them not just for Google, but for AI-driven search engines like ChatGPT and Google’s SGE.

This shift is already happening, and if your content isn’t showing up in AI recommendations, you’re losing out on a massive traffic source.

I break it all down in this guide to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and show you exactly how to make your content AI-visible.

16. Fashion Lookbooks

Fashion lookbooks are an awesome way to showcase your style and inspire your audience. Pick a theme — seasonal outfits, back-to-school looks, or even thrifted fashion hauls — and film yourself modeling the outfits. Add background music, aesthetic locations, and on-screen text for item details.

To make these videos more interactive, you can include style tips, transition shots, or even a voiceover explaining why you picked each piece. Lookbooks give your audience a visual guide to your personal taste while establishing your brand identity in the fashion space.

17. Time-Lapse Videos

Time-lapse content can be incredibly satisfying and artistic. Whether it’s a city skyline changing from day to night, a painting coming together, or a room being cleaned and organized — condensing hours of effort into minutes is captivating to watch.

These videos work well because they’re both mesmerizing and relaxing. You don’t need narration or even a complex setup — just a tripod, a good angle, and something worth capturing over time. Add ambient music, and you’ve got content that people love to watch on loop.

18. Personal Development

If you’re on a self-growth journey, share it with your viewers. Talk about topics like building confidence, developing routines, breaking bad habits, or setting and achieving goals. Keep it relatable by telling your own stories and the lessons you’ve learned.

People crave authentic content that helps them feel motivated and seen. Personal development videos resonate because they offer hope and real-life strategies. Whether you’re recommending books, apps, or practices — you’re making a positive impact just by sharing.

19. Pet Videos

Let’s be real — we’re all suckers for adorable animals. Feature your pets in playful, quirky, or wholesome moments. Whether it’s teaching them tricks, dressing them up, or capturing their reactions to new things, pet videos are always a hit.

These videos are easy to film and naturally boost engagement. If you build a consistent pet series, your furry friend might just become the next internet sensation. Plus, these videos tap into the emotional side of your audience and are super shareable.

20. Travel Tips

Whether you’re a full-time nomad or a weekend explorer, you’ve definitely got some travel wisdom to share. Offer packing hacks, how to find the cheapest flights, or things you wish you’d known before visiting a destination. Share personal anecdotes to make it relatable.

Travel tip videos are evergreen and perform well in search. Organize them by destination or by category (safety tips, budget travel, solo travel, etc.). If you’re already doing travel vlogs, this kind of value-driven content adds more depth to your travel-focused brand.

21. Storytime Videos

Storytime content gives you the chance to be completely yourself and take your audience on a journey. Share crazy, funny, emotional, or even embarrassing personal stories. Structure the video like a narrative — set the scene, build the suspense, and deliver a satisfying (or hilarious) payoff.

What makes storytime videos so effective is how human and relatable they are. Your viewers get a glimpse into your personality, and that connection builds loyalty. If you can make your stories entertaining while sprinkling in a life lesson or moral, these videos can become staples of your channel.

22. Book Reviews

There’s a reason book clubs are so popular. Capitalize on this! If you’re a reader, share your thoughts on books you’ve recently finished. Break down what worked, what didn’t, who it’s for, and what you took away from it. Give it a rating, talk about the writing style, pacing, and overall vibe.

Get ready for great engagement! Book reviews tend to spark discussion in the comments, so don’t be afraid to take a controversial stand on how you feel. As long as you’re honest, you can have a spectacular back and forth that explodes your video views all because of hyper engagement.

23. ASMR Content

ASMR content taps into the relaxing, sensory-triggering side of YouTube. Whether you’re whispering, tapping, brushing, or roleplaying, your goal is to help people chill out and even fall asleep. The key is high-quality audio and a calming presence.

Honestly, the first time I watched an ASMR video I was like “what the heck am I watching?” But trust me when I say that this type of content has a passionate and very loyal audience.

Experiment with different triggers, themes, or settings to see what your viewers respond to. If you’re consistent and thoughtful with your production, ASMR can carve out a peaceful, profitable niche for you.

24. Art and Creativity

If you’ve got artistic skills — painting, sketching, crafting, graphic design — showcase them! Walk people through your process, share your inspirations, and let them see how raw ideas turn into finished pieces. Include time-lapses or real-time commentary depending on your audience’s preference.

Creative content is visually engaging and naturally shareable. It also inspires others to explore their own creativity. Don’t be afraid to talk through your challenges or creative blocks — showing the behind-the-scenes reality makes your content more authentic and builds a stronger connection.

25. Tech Reviews

Tech reviews are the best of two worlds: they’re reviews (the moneymakers) AND tech tends to be higher ticket (bigger commissions). Remember that this is all about helping your viewers make smart decisions. If you’re too salesy you’ll lose your audience quick.

Unbox the latest gear, test it thoroughly, and give your honest thoughts. Focus on the user experience, what makes this product stand out, and who is it best for? The more useful your review, the more it’ll be shared. As your credibility grows, you may even start getting products sent to you directly from brands.

26. Mystery Box Challenges

Mystery box videos bring unpredictability and excitement to your channel. Whether you’re ordering a mystery box online, having a friend fill it with surprise items, or making it a themed challenge (like “$50 Amazon mystery box”), there’s always a sense of curiosity that keeps viewers watching to the end.

I’ve personally never done any kind of Mystery Box Challenge, but I can see the intrigue behind them. Unbox the items, react in real time, and then figure out how to use or repurpose them. They work great when combined with DIY, fashion, or cooking — like turning a mystery box of ingredients into a meal. You never know what you’ll get, and that’s what makes them so fun.

27. Motivational Talks

If you’ve got a message to share, motivational content is a powerful way to uplift your audience. Whether it’s sharing how you overcame a personal challenge, offering words of encouragement, or simply giving people a pep talk, this kind of content is raw and impactful.

Viewers tune in for authenticity and relatability. Don’t worry about being overly polished — speak from the heart. You can create an ongoing series, incorporate quotes, or even film outdoors for a peaceful vibe. Motivation isn’t just about hyping people up — it’s about helping them believe in themselves again.

28. Behind-the-Scenes

Behind-the-scenes content helps humanize your brand and shows all the work that goes into creating what people normally see as “polished” content. This kind of content is great for Patreon. You can share how you film, edit, set up lighting, or even just how you brainstorm ideas to those subscribers who want a quick peek behind the curtain.

These videos make you more relatable and transparent, and they often spark a lot of curiosity from viewers. People love seeing the reality behind what they usually consume. It’s also a great way to offer tips and tricks in a casual, vlog-style format that still delivers value.

29. Music Covers

If you’re musically inclined, music covers are a fantastic way to showcase your talent. Pick popular songs and put your unique spin on them. You can do acoustic versions, remixes, or even genre-flipping covers (like turning a rap into a ballad).

Music content has viral potential when done right. Use quality audio, good visuals, and make sure your performance stands out. Covers also let you tap into search traffic for trending or evergreen songs — which can help new people discover your channel.

30. Haul Videos

Haul videos are perfect for showing off recent purchases, whether it’s fashion, tech, home decor, or anything niche-specific. Walk through what you bought, what you liked about each item, and how you plan to use it. Bonus points for being honest about what didn’t meet expectations.

It’s crazy how popular haul videos are. They feel like a fun chat with a friend, and I think that’s the appeal. Add prices, try-ons, or links for extra value. Hauls can also open the door for brand collaborations or affiliate opportunities.

31. Social Experiments

Social experiments are a creative way to explore human behavior. Whether you’re testing kindness or honesty, these videos often go viral because they’re raw, and reactions can be unexpected. Just make sure everything is done ethically and you have the consent of participants that make the final cut.

You can approach them from a humorous or serious angle, depending on your message. Either way, if you tap into something relatable, these are the videos have the potential to get shared and shared and shared again..

32. Tutorial Videos

Tutorials are some of the most searched-for videos on YouTube. If you’re good at something — whether it’s editing videos, building websites, using software, or fixing things — share that knowledge step-by-step!

Keep instructions clear, visuals clean, and the pace manageable. Your audience will eat these up! The best tutorials anticipate the viewer’s questions. their pain points, Include common pitfalls, shortcuts, and extra tips that go beyond the basics.

And don’t forget about YouTube SEO! Optimize the title and description for search. These videos are evergreen and can bring in traffic long after you hit publish.

33. Movie Reviews

Break down new releases or classic films from your perspective. Talk about the plot, acting, cinematography, and your overall take on whether it’s worth watching. You can even add a score or a ranking system to make your content stand out. Movie reviews spark engagement quick because everyone wants to share they’re opinion, whether they agree or disagree with you, it’s a win!

Movie reviews are also a great way to tap into trending topics if you publish them close to a release date. Be honest, insightful, and don’t be afraid to disagree with the hype. Engagement is everything!

34. Paranormal Investigations

If you love spooky content, paranormal investigations are a thrilling niche. Visit haunted locations, document your findings, and capture any strange occurrences on camera. Add atmospheric music, low-light shots, and commentary to enhance the suspense.

This kind of content draws a very specific but loyal audience. If you’re going to do these, go all in man. Even if you don’t catch anything supernatural, sharing your personal reactions and the eerie vibe of the location is usually enough to keep viewers hooked.

35. Language Learning

Whether you’re fluent or just starting out, language learning videos are super helpful and relatable. You can teach basic phrases, pronunciation tips, or cultural nuances that aren’t always found in textbooks. Break your lessons into bite-sized segments for easy consumption.

If you’re learning a language yourself, document your progress, share tools that are working for you, and be honest about the challenges. This makes your content feel more personal and motivates others who are on the same journey. It’s both educational and community-building.

36. Gardening Tips

Gardening content is growing fast (pun intended). Share practical advice on plant care, seasonal gardening routines, and how to start from scratch with limited space. Even a balcony garden has content gold written all over it. Or maybe you’re HORRIBLE with keeping your plants alive, share your journey!

Whether you’re repotting plants, giving a garden tour, or solving common issues like pests and overwatering, your viewers will appreciate your perspective. Even seeing that they’re not the only ones who struggle with gardening adds value. That’s what it’s all about.

37. Reaction Time Challenges

Put your reflexes to the test and invite your audience to join in! These fast-paced videos often include games, tests, or optical illusions designed to trigger quick responses. They’re perfect for short-form content, but they also work well as longer compilations if you add your commentary.

Make it a series or invite friends to compete — viewers love to watch real-time reactions and compare their results. Use sound effects, timers, and quick editing to keep the energy up and your audience entertained from start to finish.

38. Tech Tips and Tricks

Everyone loves discovering hacks and shortcuts that make their tech life easier. Whether you’re helping someone speed up their phone, protect their privacy, or use an app more effectively, these videos are all about delivering quick wins.

Focus on solving common problems or highlighting features people often overlook. This type of content builds authority and keeps viewers coming back for more helpful advice. Plus, these videos rank well in search when you include specific product names or issues.

39. Room Makeovers

There’s something super satisfying about a good before-and-after transformation. Take your viewers through the full process of redecorating or reorganizing a room — from brainstorming and shopping to setup and reveal.

Whether it’s a full-blown renovation or a budget-friendly refresh, viewers love the inspiration. Include tips, budget breakdowns, and the thought process behind your design choices.

40. Car Reviews

Car content taps into a huge community of enthusiasts and everyday drivers alike. Share your thoughts on new models, used cars, or even test drives. Talk about performance, comfort, tech features, fuel economy, and how the car fits different lifestyles.

Even if you’re not a mechanic, your honest opinion as a regular driver can be incredibly helpful to viewers in the market for a new ride. Remember, you don’t have to be an “expert”, just share your personal take. Make it visual with close-ups of the dashboard, test drives, and side-by-side comparisons.

41. Cooking Challenges

Cooking challenges are a blast to film and a favorite among viewers. Whether you’re trying to recreate a gourmet dish with dollar-store ingredients or taking on a spicy food challenge, there’s endless potential for fun, chaos, and creativity in the kitchen.

These videos are relatable and often hilarious, especially when things don’t go exactly as planned. These can be spectacular if you’re someone just starting your cooking journey. Don’t hesitate to share the chaos! Add timers, mystery ingredients, or viewer-submitted rules to up the entertainment value and make each challenge unique.

42. Learn a New Skill

Pick something you’ve always wanted to learn and bring your audience along for the ride. Whether it’s skateboarding, speaking a new language, or learning to play the guitar, documenting your progress humanizes your content and inspires others to take on challenges of their own.

Break your journey into milestones and share both your wins and setbacks. The key here is full transparency — people love seeing real progress, especially when it’s not perfect. It creates a bond and builds motivation both ways.

43. Advice Columns

Offer heartfelt advice on topics your audience is struggling with. It could be anything from relationships and mental health to career dilemmas or personal development. Use your own life experiences and wisdom to guide your responses.

Ask for questions in the comments to keep it interactive. Viewers love seeing that their voice is actually heard. And don’t shy away from getting real. These videos often spark thoughtful conversations and deeper audience trust.

44. Tech Comparison Videos

Tech comparison videos are a go-to for anyone stuck choosing between two gadgets. Lay out the pros and cons, do side-by-side tests, and explain who each product is best for. People love having a clear, no-fluff breakdown before making a purchase.

Be sure to include price points, performance tests, and any unexpected quirks that might not show up in promotional materials. These videos are excellent for SEO and tend to rack up views over time as people continue searching for buying guidance.

Pro tip: be an affiliate for BOTH products and it’s a win/win for you. Regardless of which product the user ultimately chooses, you earn a commission because you’re an affiliate for both.

45. Explainer Videos

Explainer videos are where you break down complex topics and make them easy to understand. Think of them like mini documentaries or visual TED Talks, but your personality leads the charge. Choose topics you’re passionate about and that align with your niche and speak from the heart.

Use visuals, analogies, and step-by-step breakdowns to help the audience grasp big ideas. These videos are great for establishing authority and trust, and they tend to be highly shareable, especially if you tackle trending or controversial topics in your industry.

46. Collaboration Projects

Collaborating with other creators is a killer way to grow your audience and create fresh content. Work on videos together, swap shout-outs, or even team up for a challenge or themed series. It introduces both of you to new audiences and shows your community that you’re connected and active in the space.

Make sure the collaboration makes sense. If you’re a very small YouTuber just beginning and you reach out to a channel that has millions of followers, what will they have to gain? Similar niches or complementary styles work best. Cross-promoting across both channels drives traffic and engagement, and it’s a fun way to build relationships in the creator world.

47. Educational Challenges

Take on a challenge where you learn or teach something over a set timeframe. Maybe it’s “learn Photoshop in 30 days” or “teach a new vocabulary word every day.” These series-style videos not only provide valuable content but also create a narrative viewers can follow.

Educational challenges combine entertainment with progress, and that combo keeps people hooked. Viewers get to watch you grow while picking up skills themselves, and if you document your hurdles and wins honestly, you’ll build a community that roots for you.

48. Custom Content Requests

Let your audience shape your content by submitting requests or challenges. Ask them what they want to see — a topic breakdown, a reaction, a tutorial — and film the most popular picks. This is a great way to boost engagement and show your audience that you’re listening.

You can turn this into a regular series, like “Subscriber Suggestion Saturdays” or “You Ask, I Film.” Not only do you get built-in content ideas, but your viewers become more invested in your channel because they’re part of the creative process. Viewers love feeling like they’re a part of the process.

49. Quote of the Day

Everyone loves a quick dose of inspiration. Share a powerful quote and talk about what it means to you or how it applies to life. These are super easy to do and can be filmed as short-form content or part of a larger vlog.

The key is adding value beyond the quote. This kind of content is uplifting, highly shareable, and great for building a positive, loyal community.

And of course, make sure it makes sense to have this kind of content in your niche. If your niche is gaming and suddenly you’re doing inspirational quotes you may lose some of your audience. Remember, stay in your lane!

50. Life Hacks

People love practical, clever tips that make life easier. Share hacks for productivity, organization, travel, tech, or even cooking. Make sure each tip is actionable and explained clearly — show it in use so viewers get the full effect.

Life hack videos do great as list-style roundups (like “10 hacks to save time every morning”) or individual deep dives. When done well, these can rack up shares, save your audience time and frustration, and solidify your role as a go-to helpful creator.
