I really enjoyed reading this article! I think our biggest YouTube challenge for our channel is finding what people want to watch that may not be out there already, or is presented in a way that they would want to watch it even if they have seen something on the same subject. Some videos we have done that we thought would “take off” haven’t, while others have thousands of views that we didn’t expect. We need to work on getting more engagement as well, and you have given ideas for improvement there, too.
