Is DreamTrips International a passport to unforgettable adventures or just another rebranding of the MLM hustle (some might say “scam”) previously known as World Ventures?
Let me tell you what I found after falling into the rabbit hole of DreamTrips International.
Is DreamTrips International Worth It or Just Another MLM Trap?
DreamTrips International offers real travel experiences with curated perks, but its MLM structure means most members won’t profit—unless they recruit hard. It’s great for wanderlusters, not for passive income seekers.
What Even Is DreamTrips International?
DreamTrips International, formerly known as WorldVentures, is a travel club that offers curated vacation packages and an opportunity to earn through what’s now a classic MLM structure. You pay to become a member, earn points toward vacations, and—if jump into the MLM side of the business—you can also earn money by recruiting others to join.
The idea? Discounted travel, VIP experiences, and the chance to make travel your business.
So… Is It Still MLM?
Yup. 100%. Make no mistake about it
DreamTrips International runs on a multi-level marketing model. That means your earning potential doesn’t just come from booking vacations or selling memberships—it comes from building a downline.
You recruit people, they recruit people, and so on. The compensation plan includes bonuses for customer sales, binary pay, check matching, and all the usual bells and whistles you’d expect from an MLM structure.
Some folks love this model. Me? Not so much. We’ll get into both sides of that coin.
Want to go deeper into the MLM (network marketing) rabbit hole?
Check out my article on “Is Network Marketing Worth It?” and see just how convoluted these systems can be. When there’s such an emphasis on recruiting and promises of not needing to do 90% of the work, trust your instincts. It doesn’t add up.

Pricing: What’s the Damage?
Let’s talk money.
When I looked into it, there were two tiers of membership:
- DreamTrips Standard: Around $200–$300 to join, then $50/month
- DreamTrips Premium: Higher upfront (around $600), and $100/month
Want to become an Independent Business Owner (this is the MLM part) and sell memberships too? That’s another $50–$100/month, depending on your tools and marketing access. And trust me when I say your entire life will revolve around recruiting, recruiting, recruiting.
Family? Yes. Friends? Definitely.
Total strangers minding their own business. You betcha.
So yeah… the cost adds up fast. Especially if you’re not actively traveling or building a team.
Why People Swear by It
I found some truly enthusiastic reviews from long-time members. Like Angela, who’s been a member for 8 years and raves about her family’s Punta Cana getaway. Or Caroline, who found healing and community in DTI after the loss of her mother. There’s Jeffery, who met his wife on a DreamTrip. No joke. These aren’t just customers—they’re believers.
What they rave about:
- Ease of travel: No planning, just pack and go
- Bucket-list destinations: From Dubai to Brazil
- Friendships and community: Many say the best part isn’t the trip—it’s who you meet on it
- VIP treatment: Private tours, exclusive deals, and luxe accommodations
If you’re someone who values experiences over stuff, this kind of travel type experience might be exactly what you’re looking for.
But… Not Everyone’s Dreamin’ On These DreamTrips
I don’t want anyone saying I don’t give fair reviews to MLMs. But it’s definitely important to understand the almost cult-like following they have. I’ve been in MLMs before. I’ve been to the conventions. I’ve met really cool people. But even they would admit that the word “cult” isn’t that far off.
So let’s not pretend it’s all rosé on rooftops and “Wish You Were Here” selfies, k?
There are loads of former members who call DreamTrips a scam—or at least, a very overpriced loyalty program.
You’ll find several on Reddit, sharing stories like:
- “I paid for months before I could even redeem a single point.”
- “They make it sound like free travel, but you’re just cashing in what you already paid for.”
- “It’s just another MLM where the real money is in recruitment, not travel.”
One ex-member summed it up best: “80% of people earned nothing. 19% earned a pittance. 1% got rich. I don’t like those odds!”
Not good..
What Happened to WorldVentures?
WorldVentures filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2020. Financial issues, lawsuits, and unpaid commissions piled up until it all collapsed.
This is the typical MLM life cycle. People rant and rave about how unbelievable the MLM is, then after a few years you check the annual income disclosure statements and see that almost EVERYone is making $0, (as in zero, zilch, nada), with a fraction of 1% earning what would be called full-time income.
In 2021, World Ventures reemerged as DreamTrips International after getting bought out by Verona International Holdings. The new brand promised a fresh start and better systems. But it’s still based on the same fundamental MLM structure.
Is DreamTrips a World Ventures Scam?
Technically, no. Legally, DreamTrips isn’t a scam. They deliver real vacations. You do get travel points. And yes, you canearn money if you recruit others.
But ethically? That depends on how you feel about MLMs.
- If you’re joining because you love to travel and want curated getaways: legit.
- If you’re joining to make money without putting in serious effort: keep dreaming.
Let me chime in with some some common sense about travel. I’ve traveled all over the world. And you definitely don’t need any travel club to do it. Monthly membership dues from a travel club like this add up. So when you brag about your great travel deal you got through the travel club you pay hundreds to monthly, don’t forget to count all those dues in your expense column.
Trust me, you can travel all over the world cheap without any MLM travel club.
📌 TL;DR What You Really Need to Know About DreamTrips (Before You Join)
- DreamTrips is the rebranded version of WorldVentures, which filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and relaunched under new ownership in 2021.
- Yes, it still operates as an MLM—you can earn commissions, but only if you recruit others and build a downline.
- Membership isn’t cheap: expect upfront fees around $200–$600 and monthly payments of $50–$100.
- Fans praise the community, curated vacations, and luxury experiences, while critics call it overpriced and recruitment-heavy.
- You don’t have to recruit to travel, but without building a team, you’re not earning—just spending.
- Legal? Yes. Scam? No. Smart move for most people? That’s where it gets tricky.

Final Thoughts
DreamTrips delivers real travel perks, but the MLM angle makes it risky for anyone expecting easy income. It’s ideal for group trip lovers—not so much for business builders.
If you:
- Are a social traveler who likes group trips
- Don’t mind paying monthly for curated vacation options
- Are comfortable with MLM business models and recruitment
…then maybe this is your kind of gig.
But if you:
- Prefer booking your own travel deals
- Don’t want to recruit anyone
- Want actual passive income, not just a “side hustle with strings”
…then there are better ways to travel and better ways to earn.
So… would I personally join? No chance. But I get why some people do. If curated, all-in-one travel with a social twist is your jam, DreamTrips might deliver the kind of wanderlust you’ve been craving.
Just go in with your eyes open—and maybe your wallet guarded.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is DreamTrips International a legitimate travel club or a scam?
DreamTrips is a real travel club that delivers curated vacation packages. However, due to its MLM structure, critics often call it a pyramid-style model. It’s legit—but controversial.
How much does it cost to join DreamTrips International?
Expect to pay a one-time fee of $200–$600 depending on the tier, plus a monthly fee of $50–$100. Those wanting to earn commissions through the business model must also pay to become an IBO.
What are the best non-MLM travel membership alternatives?
If you’re looking to travel without MLM strings, check out TravelZoo, Scott’s Cheap Flights, or budget group trip services like G Adventures and Contiki.

Is it possible to quite once you become a member of the world ventures, about the joining fee do they refund you if you have just joined and now you decide to quite
You can turn off future monthly installments, but you don’t get a refund. Thanks for the question!
Hi Eric,
Thanks so much for posting this review of World Ventures. I really enjoyed reading it and learned a lot. I wasn’t sure if World Ventures is for me even though I have a friend who is always telling me to dive in. MLMs just aren’t for me though, which is why I wanted to do some more research on it. But now, I know everything I need to know. Thank you!
Keep up the great work!
Very happy to help. MLMs and network marketing businesses are 100% legal, but as a business model they just aren’t sustainable and the numbers prove it. Thanks for the comment!
I have a friend trying to get me started with World Ventures and this review confirmed my suspicions. Thank you! She keeps telling me what a great deal it is, but it’s too pricey! Your point about the flights you still have to buy is well taken. Add to that the work of trying to get people to work under you. Thanks but no thanks.
I gave it a full year myself to try and find the savings, and what I ended up with were points that I couldn’t use and couldn’t catch up to and trips that didn’t allow me to take advantage of cheap flights that I FULLY take advantage of now thanks to Scott’s Cheap Flights 🙂 Thanks for the comment!
Hey Eric; If I sign up for world ventures can I take someone with me on vacation depending on where the club is going? Going to different places every now and again is always exciting for me. But I still like to have someone who I know before to travel with me. It’s the must recruit four other why some people would think of World Venture as a Pyramid scheme.
Dorcas
You don’t have to recruit 4 to be a part of World Ventures. The “Refer 4 Pay No More” promo is a way to have the monthly member dues turned off. You don’t have to be a part of the business side of World Ventures (which I don’t recommend) to be a part of the customer side. And yes, you can bring a friend. Most of the Dream Vacations are priced for 2.
Thank you for the World Ventures review. This whole point system seems to be very difficult to understand and very expensive if I compare with well organized all inclusive travels, and really to 5 star hotels. Thank you again for the informative article. When you take into account that you still have to purchase normally expensive airfare, the costs just don’t add up.
Thanks for the comment! I definitely find myself routinely saving hundreds of dollars by going through Scott’s Cheap Flights to get great flight deals. And by using a travel rewards card for accommodations, you can travel all over the world for cheap without any monthly travel club dues. Thanks again from the comment!
i have 6 people that want to join and i also want to join because we have attendade the presentations and we are still attending but the problem is we are student but we are in university so we dont have money
I would highly recommend checking out the training I owe all my success to. I link to it on this page. As the article shows, World Ventures and similar network marketing opportunities simply don’t sustain for the long run. Affiliate marketing is much more straightforward, and there’s no downlines or recruiting to do. Thanks for the comment!
Would like to hear more about the travel sites you promote
My go-to for getting super-discounted flights is Scott’s Cheap Flights. I’ve saved TONS going through them. Also, because I love traveling so much I decided last year I would research how to build an online business that could fund those travels while I travel. That’s been the real difference maker. If that’s something you’re interested in, check out my full review of Wealthy Affiliate. Thanks for the comment!
I joined World Ventures in early June 2018 and I’m surprised by some of these responses because it’s been an absolute blessing in my life ever since. If anything I believe we’re expanding enormously. I can agree that the membership prices are not cheap whatsoever, however all the money I’ve spent on the membership I got back in points to book go towards my next vacation. Many people here have said you can only book trips on the dates they give you and that’s not true at all. You can book a trip, flight, rental, cruise, excursions… you name it all at a discounted rate anytime you want. Many people think it’s a scam because they are simply uneducated and think all we want to do is sell you something which is not what we focus on at all. If it’s not for you that’s completely fine, but please don’t knock our community full of positivity, love, and light.
Thanks for the sincerity of your comment. I really appreciate that. And by no means would I ever knock the WV community. As I mentioned in the article and video, the people I met and friendships I made on those trips were very genuine 🙂 The fact of the matter is, unfortunately, the numbers don’t lie. Everything I’ve covered here with clear examples is all factual. Thanks for the comment!
Worldventures going backward fast. Wayne Nugent has proudlh promoted at Momentum Events that WV was 33 ranked Direct Selling Coy Globally in 2016 25th ranked in 2017 yet in recently announced 2018 DSN awards didnt even make top 100. Its in strife people are waking up to what it is.
Man, that’s tough to hear. I appreciate your insight. Even as someone who personally isn’t a fan of MLM, it’s disappointing to see World Ventures in a decline. The main issue I had was that I just couldn’t find that huge savings they always talked about with their club. The WV believers will point to the business end and how it pays for everything, but the numbers just don’t support that. The MLM side of their business is one that I believe makes it unsustainable in the long run. I really appreciate your comment and thank you for chiming in!
Check this out. Lost nearly 60% of profits in 2017.

Wow. Thanks for sharing that! That is definitely not good for World Ventures.
Dear Workfromyourlaptop.com
Here is my question if i write a blog post and implement youtube video in it
So a user come to my blog from google and dont read post and watch video so this watch time is added on my site’s time
How’s it going brother! I’m honestly not sure if watch time is logged when it comes from embedded videos. That may be a question better answered by YouTube support. Sorry I can’t help you more! Thanks for reaching out!
WV did away with the “Get 4 Pay no more” in April of 2018. It’s grandfathered for those who were in prior to April….but you still have to make sure you have 4 people signed up (if one leaves, either you find someone to take their place, or you start paying the monthly again.)
And, also, WV has not been paying their reps since October of 2017. No commissions, residuals or dream car/home payments. They haven’t been paying their vendors either. Corporate is having just about monthly layoffs, and Nugent is using HIS OWN MONEY to make payroll as WV has no cash. Check out Glassdoor to see what corporate employees are saying. It’s pretty ugly. They also had at least 3 C-level officers leave due to open talk of bankruptcy.
Wow. Are you serious? I had no idea they’d been struggling as of late to pay out commissions. That’s not good. Thanks so much for the insight and the comment.
You might want to research the David Wood/Empower fiasco.
WV threw ALL their reps under the bus, when they managed to get all of David Woods Empower (which went out of business) information (names of their members/reps). WV corporate then sent emails to all the ex-Empower people offering Platinum status for a sign up fee of $99 (plus the monthly). Reps were required to continue selling the very same packages at the $399 sign up fee, basically cutting them off from any of the Empower people.
Worse, the ex-Empower people got lower member numbers than reps who had been in WV for 3 or 4 years, so people who just started are higher in the chain than people who had been in for years.
WV didn’t pay Wood for this information, but they did fire him shortly after getting the info.
WV also did not tell their reps about this and hid the email to Empower people from their reps.
Wow! Now that is a scoop. I think sometimes in times of desperation a company will do things that all good reasoning goes against, and it usually ends up being the final nail in the coffin. It’s sad to see the company in decline now. For all those who are going to be looking for a new way to make money online and who are jaded against MLM, I can’t recommend highly enough the training platform I recommend as an alternative in the article above. No MLM, no downlines, no recruiting. Just straightforward training that delivers. Thank you so much for your insight, Rob!
Eric,
Thanks for your review, I have been approached by people with this offer before. It always seem to me that unless you were willing to get into the MLM side of things there really wasn’t much in the way of savings. Being stuck paying monthly dues is similar to getting stuck with maintenance fees from a timeshare. Albeit, this seem to be easier to get rid of than a timeshare.
Yeah, the only way World Ventures is truly a savings is if you avoid the MLM angle, jump in as a customer, and get 4 referrals to avoid the monthly dues. The question is do you have 4 friends willing to buy into a pricey travel club, and will they be able to get 4 friends as well… And it’s like you’re back to MLM all over again.
Thanks for the comment and insight!
very true Eric, but also, as a rep and it is a business, there are tax savings you get now. With this travel as a business expense tax benifit for your vacation… come on that is awesome, and worth the start up and monthly itself. This thing is just getting started, and i see this becoming a household name and it belongs to the biggest industry in the world, Travel and Entertainment 🙂 Cheers mate! oh and when you look at other ways we all use to use, they get paid through a “system” as well so why not you get paid or get the discount instead by using your own website. HUGE for hotel stays.
That’s actually a good point that as a rep of World Ventures you’d be able to write off your trips since you could say you’re showing how valuable your business is to potential clients. I think I’ll add that to my “Pros” list in the article above. That’s a great perk of having your own business, especially true with any online business. WV has been around since 2005, so the “it’s just getting started” is a bit of a stretch, lol. But even with that fact aside, I still wouldn’t be able to justify joining World Ventures as a rep on the business side. Thanks for the comment!
Thank you so much for this insight. I really appreciate your honesty and sincerity here. I agree with you. The network marketing model World Ventures is built on just isn’t a sustainable one and the numbers prove that mightily. If you’re looking to build an online business without the need for recruiting and pricey membership dues I can’t stress enough how much the training I link to in the article has helped me. Thanks again for the great comment. You can read my review for the training platform I recommend over all others here.
Thank you for this post.
I have thought of joining a travel club in the past, but like the others I’ve looked at, there’s always some kind of MLM angle that I don’t like. How have you gotten cheaper travel lately? You mentioned traveling more now that you left World Ventures…
I started researching how to build my own business online through this community and training platform I’m still a part of. The monthly revenue I’ve built from my business now funds my travels and I’m seriously addicted to traveling, lol. If it’s something you’re interested in, I highly recommend creating your own free starter account and checking it out 🙂 Thanks for the comment!
Hi Eric,
Thanks a lot for that eye opening post. I see you mention you’re traveling much more now after leaving World Ventures. Are you doing this through another travel club or on your own? Maybe through a travel agent? I follow you on instagram and am always amazed at how much you travel. Got any tips?
Thanks for the follow! I love sharing my travels and pics on my @batmantravels Instagram page 🙂 Thanks for the comment! I use Scott’s Cheap Flights to get cheap airline tickets and Wealthy Affiliate was the best business decision I ever made so I can travel as often as my addiction wants, lol.
World Ventures… 😛 I had quite an experience with them. An acquaintance tried to lure me into this MLM-network marketing scheme a few years back. They tried to push me to register there and then, at the meeting, so the answer was a big, loud NO! 😀
I did my research and even found out training videos for their network marketers on how to persuade prospects.
I do not like and never do network marketing, unless I consider the product a good one for me to use. And at the time, I didn’t like the product either (Yes, I even found the search engine for the traveling and check it out)
Thanks for a great review!
Thanks for the comment! Yeah, with MLM and network marketing, there’s always that recruiting undertone to every meeting and it can get old after a while. The customer end of this travel club is ok if you have 4 friends willing to join with you. Otherwise, the pricing is a bit expensive, and if you’re really looking to turn this into an online business, as I pointed out, there are better ways to make consistent money online without recruiting.
Thanks again for the comment!
I’m not big on MLM at all. Just like any other glittering money making opportunity with upsells and unrealistic results. Thanks for the detailed review. I agree with you that it seems a bit pricey.
Yeah, same. I looked into the customer side last year simply because of my love for travel, and I did have a great time on my 2 DreamTrips. But for me, I felt like I was throwing money into a pit that I could never get back with those monthly dues. And as far as the MLM business side, I’m right there with you. I would recommend getting training in affiliate marketing over network marketing any day if having your own online business is a passion.
Thanks for the comment!
Hi Eric,
Great article! You did touch on some key points with WorldVentures, I have been a customer for about a year now. I decided to become a rep after I referred 4 and paid no more. I said since I talk about travel all the time why not?
One thing to note too, as a Gold member you have access to Rovia, who can be your personal travel agent and you can make payments on those trips over time before your actual travel date. I wasn’t sure if you knew that since I didn’t see it mentioned. Anywho, glad you enjoyed the trips you did get to take.
Yes, if you can manage to refer 4, then that’s definitely the way to take full advantage of World Ventures. Although I personally wouldn’t go the rep route, I’d just stick to the customer end and get those free DreamTrip points each month. It’s a little pricey for me, but nicely done. The MLM side really isn’t for me.
And yes I remember the Rovia bucks feature where you can get cash credits here and there by going through certain merchants, but it wasn’t very appealing to me only because it was so little. For example I booked an $800 flight using the WV search engine and I got one whole dollar of Rovia bucks out of it. Thank you for the insight and comment! I really appreciate that!
You mentioned that they don’t offer discount options when it comes to booking a flight. Do you know where i can get discounts for flights? Also, even if I did join one of their memberships and was getting dream points for referring or recruiting, would you recommend taking a trip during a specific time in the year especially if it’s cheap? Would it save me points to use on a future trip?
Those are good questions.
You can find cheap flights on sites like Scott’s Cheap Flights, and there’s really many pages like that, however one of the hardest things I found with World Ventures was trying to sync a cheap flight with a DreamTrip available. It’s much easier finding inexpensive hotels and excursions once you’ve landed the cheap flight than booking the hotel and then trying to find a cheap flight, that’s for sure.
Also to answer the second question, most of the DreamTrips are going to locations during prime seasons when you can get the most out of the excursion as opposed to off-season. The same Australia DreamTrip for example won’t be priced differently at different times of the year.
Thanks for chiming in!
Well right now we have an addition to our product line it’s called dream escapes its trips at ridiculous prices but you have the option to book it basically anytime
Thanks for the insight. So right now I’m super addicted to traveling and I’m headed to Bali in 2 weeks, then Switzerland in July, Iceland in September, Tokyo in October, and Dubai in November. Would I be able to plug in the dates I’m going to be in these different destinations and then book a dream escape to enjoy while I’m there? That was what was impossible to do with World Ventures before when I was a member. I could never get a dream trip around the dates I was going to be somewhere.
Ok here is what I can do I can send u a link to a video with the all the new additions, it’s pretty awesome.
Instead of a video, what I’d like to see is where I can plug in my travel dates for those countries I mentioned and see all the available dream escapes during my time there. Is there a portal for that?
A very detailed examination- with personal experience! The MLM part turns me off. I’m not that much of a recruiter. I can see why they don’t include airfare- as that is a complication that doesn’t increase their profits. Ultimately, I would not join World Ventures because I prefer infinite flexibility when planning my vacations.
Yeah, the MLM part is a turn off for me too. If you have a group of 4 or 5 friends that join anything you join, then potentially you could do well as a customer here, but personally, I’ve been able to travel way more and cheaper on my own. Thanks for chiming in!
I personally don’t like MLM schemes but I can see how this system would be beneficial if you like taking holidays and have a large circle of friends with similar tastes. I’d definitely not jump in at Gold or Platinum level and I’d join at Standard based on your recommendation. Is there an easy way to advance from Standard to Gold by # or referrals or is it all down to money?
You have to pay more to get to those levels. The way it’s set up there just isn’t enough of a benefit, atleast personally, for those levels. And I agree, I wouldn’t get involved on the business side, but managing the customer side correctly can bring some solid discounted trips your way. Thanks for the comment!
Hi Eric,
Really great article here on the pros and cons of WV. Interestingly enough my friend joined WV and I got into it for a bit too (interested more in the business side)… it wasn’t for me and now I have found WA which I like waayyyy more 🙂 I much prefer the online business structure as it is much more straight forward and transparent than what I have experienced in the past with any MLM company…..
Yeah, MLMs usually run their course and plateau and are all about recruiting. Done correctly though, World Ventures can be enjoyed from the customer side for some discounted vacations. Personally, I’d stay away from the business side.
And I agree, the straightforward training at WA is real business, no recruiting needed, and a real eye opener to how to successfully build something online from the ground up. Thanks for the comment!
Hi Eric! This is definitely something I would be interested in doing if only for the travel perks. Hey but one business at a time lol. I will definitely be back or if you have an email list add me to it. I think the travel savings is worth a sign up as a customer.
One business at a time? Are you saying you see traveling as business? Lol you gotta take more vacations then! I’m not a World Ventures rep, (just not into MLM for a sustained business personally) I’m just someone who likes having travel options, and done right, World Ventures can be a decent one as a customer. Thanks Anita!
Hi Eric,
I didn’t know there was a business venture on world travel such as World Venture. I would imagine anyone who loves to travel would look into this business. But to become a member does look a little too pricey. I think I would go with the standard membership since it’s not quite pricey. And go in as a customer only.
I’m thinking about looking into Wealthy Affiliate. Is it really free?
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your comment, Rosa. My tastes may be different from some, but I just don’t need a lot of the extras the higher end World Ventures packages offer. Standard Membership is just right for me.
And yes, Wealthy Affiliate is absolutely free to try. No credit card needed. You can read my full review here and try it out for yourself. I highly recommend it.
Thanks again for your comment, Rosa!
Hey Eric! Great post on world ventures, I had absolutely no idea they existed until I read this.
As a consumer coming in their membership levels do seem somewhat pricey compared to the services offered. If I were to sign up I would take your recommendation and use the base level package. It seems that they offer excellent travel pricing but I do believe you can get similar deals through other sources.
Having worked with a Travel agent quite a bit I find that they usually can find a very affordable option and a lot of them offer a payment plan for the trip. They also will offer support and service during your travels which pays off if something goes wrong. Does world Ventures offer any type of payment plan if you book in advance? I see they offer concierge but does the basic package include any sort of travel insurance or assistance? Do they only offer luxury hotels, or is there time share or rental house options?
How’s it going, Aaron? When you book your Dream Trip through World Ventures unfortunately there is no payment plan. You pay it in one payment. As far as travel insurance, they recommend it, but it would be extra.
When it comes to personal assistance, they do excel there. Some Dream Trips have an on-site representative that really does take the time to take you under their wing and show you everything you have available to you. Huge thumbs up there.
No rental house options or time shares. But trust me, the accommodations are incredible. I really enjoy using these trips as a change of pace from my usual humble accommodations lol. I can go very minimalist, so it’s nice to splurge here and there and there is definite comfort in the resort hotels you stay at with World Ventures.
Thanks again for the comment!
This is the first time I’m hearing about this! If anybody is into MLM’s, I think this is an exciting opportunity!
I prefer the customer side of it myself. Done right, there’s cool vacation packages to enjoy. Thanks for the comment!
Hi Eric,
Great article,
I’ve never heard about world ventures about but I’ve been in some MLM companies before. I wouldn’t say it’s bad but it is not for me. I heard WA is really amazing. Great review!
MLM isn’t really for me either. I prefer a more straightforward approach to online business myself. You’re preaching to the choir as far as WA goes lol. It’s a great platform with great training. Thanks for the comment!
I like the concept, but it feels like just another take on the classic MLM or network marketing design. Either way, it was a fantastic breakdown and definitely takes any guesswork out of what comes with this program. Great Job!
Thanks, Andrew! I definitely stick to the customer side. The MLM side isn’t my cup of tea. I appreciate the comment. Thank you!
Hi Eric. This sounds like you could save some money by referring and Dream Trip Points. It’s nice that you explained the business side; but I agree with you. I just don’t like any MLM schemes. Thanks. Jeannie
I gotta admit I’m with you on that one. Not my style anymore. Thanks for the comment, Jeannie!
If I were to join World Ventures, I probably would go with the standard membership. Even so, I don’t really see where the added value is. Especially if you have to make a monthly payment and on top of that, when you want to take a vacation, you have to pretty much plan around the dates they have set. Where is the flexibility in that?
I am glad you shared this info.
I agree with you on the flexibility part. But these are package vacations with excursions built in, so you have to go with their dates. I will say they have several dates all throughout the year for most of their Dream Trips. I’ve enjoyed a trip to Greece 2 1/2 months ago and I’m headed to Australia in a couple weeks.
Very interesting information here, but I still think it’s better to save the monthly membership fees and put that money towards the trip! Thanks for sharing.
It’s a bit of a different system, but technically the membership fees do go towards the trip. All your membership dues become Dream Points that you use to discount the package. When I travel I usually like finding small rooms at small hotels or hostels, but it’s nice to change it up now and again with a bigger stay when it’s priced right.
Thanks for the comment!
