Logonerds Review- Custom Business Logo Designer (What You’ll Get and What You Won’t)

Custom Business Logo DesignerSo you’ve taken the big plunge. You’ve started your own business. Whether it’s brick and mortar, or a business online, every successful business needs an online presence. I think you’d agree that finding a quality custom business logo designer is a key element to your branding strategy.

Most everyone knows the saying, “You get what you pay for”. So for that reason, most marketers will justify spending an arm and a leg for a custom logo if it’s eye catching and fits their branding.

But it doesn’t have to be that way!

In fact, in this article I’m going to review a custom business logo designer that promises a quality product at a fraction of the cost. Let’s get to reviewing Logonerds!

In this review I’ll cover the major details:

  • What services do Logonerds provide and how much do they cost?
  • How does Logonerds work?
  • Logonerds testimonials

What services do Logonerds provide and how much do they cost?

custom business logo designers

Logonerds (www.logonerds.com) is a very well rounded, affordable logo design company, and they’ve been doing it for a while. They have over 70,000 projects completed and over 10 years of service.

I think it’s safe to say that most people would expect a professional custom logo to cost a couple hundred dollars or more. With Logonerds, believe it or not, you can get a professional custom logo for under $50.

Don’t expect a scribble on a napkin. This is a high quality logo designed by professional in-house logo designers.

Logonerds is so sure you’ll love your new logo, that if you’re not absolutely happy with it, they’ll offer to re-draw a new logo free of charge.

They’re all about customer satisfaction.

In addition, Logonerds also offer the following:

  • character mascot designcustom business logo design
  • small business website design
  • social media headers
  • one page flyers
  • brochure design
  • postcard design
  • logo repair
  • template design
  • headers
  • web banner
  • business card design …and more.

How Does Logonerds Work?

The process is very straightforward.

  • (1) Select a package and complete the questionnaire.

The 3 main packages LogoNerds offer are very affordable.
Competitors prices I looked into were 4 to 5 times more expensive.

They also have a lightning quick turnaround time of 3-5 business days for custom logo design and less than 7 business days for character mascot design. This is almost half the time it takes their competitors to do the same thing.

Further, I’m impressed by their detailed questionnaire.

There are 15 questions that really go into the details of what you as the customer have in mind. It covers everything from what you’d like your customers to feel when they see your logo, all the way down to if you have a preferred font.

This leads us to the next steps:

  • (2) Logo design concepts are designed and delivered for your review.
  • (3) Logos are revised based on your feedback.
  • (4) Receive your new professional logo.

Logonerds manages to connect your input to every step of the process for maximum satisfaction. The logo designers at Logonerds bring your vision to life.

Totally worth it!

They get a big THUMBS UP from me!

When it comes to cheap, affordable logo design, Logonerds is the real deal.

As a customer, you get everything you ask for and more. What you don’t get is a company charging you too much, not caring about your input, and not taking your vision from dream to reality.

  • Aaron says:

While I’m not familiar with Logonerds myself this review kind of makes me want to give it a try, However while this seems like an inexpensive way of getting a professional logo done, how does it compare with services that offer a free logo creator?

    • Eric Cantu says:

Thanks for the comment, Aaron 🙂 Well if you’re design minded like myself, creating your own logo might be what you actually prefer. However most that are design minded aren’t searching online for a site to create a logo for them, know what I mean? They just make one themself. Logonerds is for those that have a vision but can’t get it nailed down on their own. They also provide lots of other services listed on their site like social media headers and website headers, business cards, flyers, etc. if users are interested. Thanks again!

  • Riaz Shah says:

    Hey Eric,
Logo Nerds sounds really awesome, I’ve hired a few logo designers but they are all pretty terrible when designing and they cost really expensive too.

What does it mean by concept choices though, are those versions of the log owe want? Would be pretty cool if we have 3 designs to choose from 😀

    • Eric Cantu says:

Yeah as I read the testimonials what I liked was seeing that several of the customers mentioned they had trouble picking a favorite cuz they were all so good, so you get atleast a couple choices to pick from and from there you nail it down to one favorite. Thanks for the comment

  • Mike Mahaffey says:

Yep! I’ve been needing a logo for awhile, but the more I look the more expensive they get? And who am I gonna trust anyway? I keep putting it off in hopes that maybe one day a really fine logo will miraculously appear on the top of my own website?

So, this review is right on time for me. Just what I needed someone to do a good review on an affordable logo designer (I didn’t even know they existed, except for the free do it yourself half baked ones?)

I’m thinking now that if I set one of those $50s free, a Logonerd’s might just magically appear after all?

    • Eric Cantu says:

Ha! Thanks for the comment Mike! I think if you put $50 under your pillow at night a Logonerd appears at your doorway with a pot of gold? …or maybe you say Logonerds three times into the mirror in a dark room… 🙂

  • John says:

Finding a place to make a solid logo is harder than I thought. I have tried sites like Fiverr.com and I think my son can do a better job.

I also don’t want to spend $199 like those big logo sites charge as I am not trying to create a logo for some corporation but rather for a blog that really needs something simple.

From the looks of this review, I think I might have found the right one. I’ll be giving this a try and I’ll let you know what I really think.

    • Eric Cantu says:

Definitely check them out and follow up back here and let me know how the process was for you. You can even get your final logo featured along with a testimonial and a link to your site when you’re all done. Thanks for the comment John!

  • Greg says:

Do you know how many revision they do if you’re not happy with your logo?

    • Eric Cantu says:

That’s a good question. From the testimonials I’ve read it looks like they offer some different choices right off the bat for you to pick, and if you’re not happy they’ll do atleast one more go round with you to get you what you want. Past that it may be on a case by case basis. Thanks for the comment Greg.

  • MK says:

I enjoyed your article until I read the About the Author bit… Then that was my favorite part:) Passion is important and a huge opportunity in our day. Especially because otherwise, we are all cogs in a corporate machine if we don’t find something for ourselves. Seriously Thanks for sharing!

Writing out a paragraph in 3rd person is awkward I agree I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that. I also never really noticed how awkward the word awkward is, seriously two W’s in a word seems like some sort of grammar crime;)

Anyway, I have been looking for an inexpensive Logo Designer or software that is good to go. It’s been tough to find anything that is good quality for under $100 just for a basic logo. I’m glad I stumbled across your site. I’m going to check out LogoNerds.

    Thanks again for sharing

    • Eric Cantu says:

You’re the second person to tell me they laughed at me for that exact line in the last 10 minutes lol. I hope it’s a good thing. I recommend trying them out. They’re one of those companies that looks like they’re the good guys 🙂 (and yes awkward is almost as odd as aardvark.)

  • The last sentence of “About the Author” made me laugh. Before that, I was thinking about how to work a logo into my budget. Logonerds sounds great, and Ill be bookmarking them. Thanks!

  • Peter says:

Wow, I may use this service in the future to create a logo for my website. For $30, and all your positive feedback, I cannot see why I would not use this. Are there any negatives to this service though?

    • Eric Cantu says:

None that I see yet. Just a good inexpensive business. Maybe if you want really high end logos they may not be for you. But for the majority of small business I think they get the job done.

  • Neil Brooks says:

Hi, Eric, this is a good review.

I have actually used LogoNerds and OctaLogo.

They offer a very competitively priced service and fast turnaround for design concepts and also for revisions.

    Best wishes
